Crohns

I wanted to tell a little bit more about my Crohns.  I was diagnosed with it on Feb. 24, 2009.  I was very sick we tried everything to get me to gain weight we just couldn't.  I was on a diet called macrobiotics for a while but it did not help me for very long.  That does not mean that it does not work.  I have friends who it has helped very much.  It just did not help me.  Today I am on the SCD diet it has helped me very much.  I'm still on meds but  a fairly low dose.  I have gained 8 pounds since Jan. and feel great.  This is a positive outcome to really hard 2 years.

Hey if anyone wants to share there story I would love to here some.  Also i auditioned for Annie again and got July I'm getting a little to big.

Food

Today mom made peanut butter cookies and pumpkin pie.  Those are 2 of my favorites.

So then i will get to relax.
